Welded fabrication refers to a manufacturing process that is usually used to join metal or other materials. In this process, materials are joined, melted or fused together using a welding machine. Welded fabrication services are often used for special projects, part production or large-scale production.
Esmak carries out welded manufacturing processes with arc welding, mig/mag welding and tig welding applications.
-Arc welding; It is used in the process of joining metal parts. In this method, metal parts are joined using an electric arc. Electric arc welding is based on the creation of an electric arc between the end of a metal wire, called an electrode, and the workpiece. Arc welding is preferred to ensure durable and strong weld joints.
-Mig welding; It is generally used in thin metal sheets such as aluminum, copper, stainless steel. Mig welding has the advantages of being able to work at low temperature, creating smooth seams and performing better on thinner metals. The gas used in mig welding is usually an inert gas consisting of argon, helium or argon-blended gases. This gas improves the quality of the weld by preventing oxidation of the melted metal during welding. This makes the materials more durable and robust during the production phase.
-Mag welding offers the ability to work at higher temperatures, create deeper weld seams and is generally better for thicker sheets of metal.
